The $1.6B Bond Program calls for the expenditure of bond funds to make improvements to more than 200 district schools and buildings, complete renovations and additions to existing schools. The 2015 Bond Program will enhance libraries, gyms and science labs, upgrade technology and fine arts spaces, develop facilities for new educational programs, and improve infrastructure. The project includes:

  • Expansion of facilities and 326 Classrooms
  • Educational adequacy improvements
  • New educational programs
  • Capital improvements

As one of the three Program Managers for Dallas ISD, Dikita\Vanir a Joint Venture, manages a third of the $1.6B 2015 Bond Program approved by the Voters. We provide design and construction management for the improvement of existing schools and the construction of two new schools.
