The Bond Program includes the construction of two new elementary schools, Ninth Grade Conversion, Junior High School, as well as additions and renovations to two existing schools. The program includes all phases of project development including planning, design, procurement, construction, and post-construction. The District is committed to a first-class program, safely built state-of-the-art facilities, built on time and on budget. The District, Dikita, and the multiple consultants and contractors needed to provide a successful program are committed to furnishing quality facilities for the students that will last.
Dikita served as the District’s representative in providing design and construction for all phases of the entire program. Additionally, we provide oversight of such activities as schedule, budget review, quality assurance, cost estimates and constructability review. Dikita also provided review of design documents, preparation of bid packages, field observations and project close-out.
