Sam Rayburn Memorial Student Center – The $25M project consisted of a 95,000 SF, two-story facility which provided a cafeteria, multi-purpose assembly rooms, an executive dining area, a bookstore, administrative offices, student employee offices, and a recreation center with a stage and high-end audio-visual equipment.

New Music Building – The new $29M project consisted of a 2-story, 97,000 SF music facility built on the west side of the campus, visible from Highway 50, between University Drive (the main entrance to the campus) and Memorial Stadium. The football dressing room building (the T-Lounge) was relocated and the parking lot, which served the existing Memorial Student Center, was modified to meet the needs of the new Music Facility. The facility with multi-purpose rooms and two performance halls, practice rooms, marching band storage, uniform room, classrooms, and faculty offices. Dikita served as Construction Administrator. Tasks included scheduling, responding to RFI’s, review of shop drawings, and contract administration.

New Student Center – This project involved new construction of the 92,000 SF Sam Rayburn Student Center at the Texas A&M campus in Commerce, Texas. As the Program Manager for this project, Dikita’s responsibilities included reviewing A/E proposals and making recommendations during the selection process, overseeing development of design drawings and specifications by assigned A/E firms, maintaining budgets and schedules, providing Quality Assurance functions during design and construction, and executing project close-out.
