The goal of this study was to track and report the various performance measures that the FTA and RTA agreed upon in the study area:
- Transit Passenger Counts
- Transit Passenger Miles and Hours of Travel Calculations
- Transit rider intercept OD survey of at least 25%of the typical weekday ridership identify the scheduled service characteristics
Dikita was responsible for designing both the boarding/alighting and onboard survey tablet instruments. Dikita also trained the survey staff, provided field supervision and technological support, monitored the fulfillment of the sampling plan, and provided analysis/reporting of the survey results.
