I started this company in 1979 by hocking my car. I took a loan out for 90 days, paid it back on the 89th day. Make a promise, Keep your promise. We have survived because of our integrity & ethical practices.
I am blessed at the type of work I get to do and the diversity of people I get to work with.
In my 20 years of engineering and management services at Dikita, I have found the company diverse, robust, and client-oriented. Dikita afforded and encouraged my career advancement through training classes and boot camps. I am grateful for all the support and am happy to be working in this family-oriented environment.
I love that Dikita values and invests in employee growth both internally and externally.
“I enjoy the people and corporate culture at Dikita so much that I came back to work for them 5 years after I retired and moved 1000 miles away.”
I like our slogan. No matter what life brings we come together and make it happen.
Back almost 6 years ago. I was hired by Dikita Engineering on November 16, 2015. When Dikita Engineering hired me they only went off my resume. They took a very larger change on me to be the Senior Track Inspector for DART SOUTH OAK CLIFF PROJECT (SOC-3).This was a large task that was entrusted in me. Ms. Eve Williams allowed me to accomplish the mission that she had entrusted in me by allowing me that opportunity and support from that day on November 16, 2015 until now and also into the future. I owe a great deal of gratitude and thanks to Ms. Eve Williams and the Dikita family for all that they have done for me and my entire family throughout the years. It’s been a true blessing to work for family God fearing people!
I highly recommend Dikita to provide any facet of transportation corridor planning, transit studies, civil design, or rail construction.
