The Juanita Craft Foundation annually awards for the contributions of businesses and business people to the community. In 1991, Mr. Lucious Williams received the Juanita Craft Award for Business Achievement.
Each year the Dallas Morning News, the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Miller Brewing Company sponsor the Quest for Success Award, selecting the top business man of the year in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to receive this award. Lucious Williams, President of Dikita Engineering, received the Quest for Success Award for 1988.
