HVAC Renovations Phase II

Dikita provided MEP engineering services in connection with the upgrade and replacement of the existing heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system, as well as improvements to the electrical system in the passenger terminal building. Dikita also studied, and made necessary recommendations on how to phase construction without interruption to airport operations. This project included the design of a 50 million BTUH heating system for Love Field Airport. It also involved architectural and engineering services for the upgrading and replacing the existing heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system, as well as improvements to the electrical system in the passenger terminal building. The project included architectural and engineering consulting services in connection with the upgrade and replacement of the existing heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system, as well as improvements to the electrical system in the passenger terminal building at Dallas Love Field Airport. The project consisted of eight separate bid packages defines as Electrical system upgrade, Sky bridge upgrade, Central Plant Upgrade Phase I, Central plant Upgrade Phase II, North Concourse Upgrade, west Concourse Upgrade, and East Concourse Upgrade.
