Dikita Management Services (DMS), a division of Dikita Enterprises, Inc., is a leading provider of transit market research data. DMS has conducted many different types of research studies in its 30+ years of operation, including boarding/alighting counts, National Transit Database (NTD) sampling, Automatic Passenger Counter (APC) verification, onboard origin-destination studies, and Customer Satisfaction surveys, parking lot counts, etc. on variety of transit modes. Since 1991, DMS has been the primary provider of transit data for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) in Texas and has grown our expertise while simultaneously expanding our robust client list to include transit agencies across the country. Our data-driven approach has helped many agencies gather data about their routes, ridership, passengers, and potential passenger travel patterns, needs, and preferences this data has enabled them to redesign their networks and develop efficient transit systems that better meet their community's needs.
