Albert C. Black Elementary School formally known as Bushman is one of the educational institutions currently undergoing construction in the 2020 $3.47B DISD Bond Program. Dikita is leading the program management services for this project, overseeing the entire build of a new school.

This project entails the construction of a brand new 94,432 square foot elementary school located at 4200 Bonnie View Rd.
