Cedar Hill Government Center Complex

The $16M project consisted of a 16-acre site development project for the new City of Cedar Hill Government Center Complex. The 11,500 SF, four-story building now houses facilities for City Hall, Police Department, Chambers of Commerce and Municipal Courts. The project scope included parking lots, fencing, fire access, water/wastewater, storm water drainage, erosion control, SW3P, and planning collaboration. The complex was awarded the 2009 – Golden Trowel Award, 2009 – Topping Out Award.
