John Quincy Adams Elementary is one of the educational institutions currently undergoing construction in the 2020 $3.47B DISD Bond Program. Dikita is overseeing program management services for this project, which includes a comprehensive range of improvements.

The main objective of this project is to construct a two-story school building with a storm shelter, along with the necessary infrastructure such as a parking lot, and playgrounds. Additionally, the project will encompass the installation of new furniture, technology, and security equipment to ensure a fully functional and secure learning environment.
