Lancaster ISD 2015 Bond Program, Phases I & II

The Lancaster ISD 2015 Bond Program, Phases I & II included the construction of two new elementary schools, Ninth Grade Conversion, Junior High School, as well as additions and renovations to two existing schools. The program included all phases of project development including planning, design, procurement, construction, and post-construction. The District committed to a first-class program, safely built state-of-the-art facilities, and a program built on time and on budget. The District, Dikita, and the collaboration of multiple consultants and contractors were fully dedicated to delivering high-quality facilities that would endure for the benefit of the students. Through our collective efforts, we achieved success in meeting this goal.

Dikita played a crucial role as the District’s owner representative, overseeing and managing the design and construction of all phases of the program. We provided comprehensive oversight of various activities, including schedule management, budget review, quality assurance, cost estimates, and constructability review. Additionally, Dikita was responsible for reviewing design documents, preparing bid packages, conducting field observations, and ensuring a smooth project close-out process. Our involvement throughout these key aspects ensured efficient and successful project execution.
