Solar Preparatory School for Girls

Solar Preparatory School for Girls is among the educational institutions in the $1.6B 2015 DISD Bond Program. We provided program management services, which encompassed a wide range of improvements.

Dallas ISD’s first-ever all-girl STEAM academy, the Solar Preparatory School for Girls, is a state-of-the-art facility with an impressive $20.7 million renovation and addition that spans 45,000 square feet. The renovation features innovative exploratory academic spaces, wide staircases, and an abundance of transparent spaces with sliding glass doors. The academy has 15 new classrooms and a storm shelter with a cafetorium, food service, 4 music/art spaces, and other essential amenities to accommodate students and staff.
