South Campus of the Houston Community College System, Workforce Center

 The Workforce Center, located on the South Campus of the Houston Community College System, is a 78,500 SF $18.5 million project that includes labs, classrooms, offices, consultation spaces, and instructional shop spaces including HVAC, manufacturing, and machining, CNC, solar, electrical, robotics, and welding. The new facility added 194 parking spaces, nine academic classrooms, seven labs and one student break room with adjacent study rooms. Dikita directed the planning, design and construction of the project.
