At the forefront of cutting-edge project management services, Dikita has undertaken transformative roles in enhancing the development and student experience at Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU). One such project was a strategic alliance where Dikita served as client representatives for TAMU FP&C and PVAMU, Dikita provided invaluable support to PVAMU’s New Engineering Classroom and Research Building a project valued at $70M. This involved thorough budget and schedule monitoring, fostering seamless communication among stakeholders, and ensuring the project’s adherence to quality benchmarks. From community engagement to forensic analysis, Dikita’s involvement covered every facet of project management.

Currently, Dikita is steering the construction of PVAMU’s Campus-Wide Fire Alarm Replacement across eight buildings spread over Main Campus, N.W. Houston Campus, and The College of Nursing in the Houston Medical Center. With a budget of $12 million, this critical initiative involves completely removing and replacing fire alarm systems. Dikita’s role extends to overseeing Contractor and logistical coordination and ensuring excellent quality control.
