University Of North Texas At Dallas, Multi-Purpose Building I, Phase I Infrastructure

The University of North Texas constructed a new campus on a 264-acre site in southeast Dallas, Texas. The Multi-Purpose Building is a three-story structure having approximately 75,000 S.F. of floor area. Construction began on the first streets and parking areas in mid-2005, and construction completed in late 2005. Dikita provided the project engineer for the construction of new multipurpose building. Dikita was responsible for monitoring subcontractors’ performance, adherence to schedule, timely submittals and quality assurance measurement. Dikita assisted in soliciting HUB contractors according to the owner’s participation requirements. Additionally, Dikita tracked and produced HUB participation for external publication.
