Dikita served as Program manager for the Texas A&M West Texas campus and provided comprehensive management services for various projects within the program. Preconstruction phase services were provided including the review of design documents, review and input for the overall program schedule, assistance with the procurement by providing/reviewing bidding schedules, bid document input and review and value engineering considerations. During construction we provided value and cost savings with regular onsite inspection for compliance to the documents and quality of work, tracking and oversight of typical construction phase correspondence such as RFIs and submittals, review of payment applications and requests for change and timely reporting in support of the TAMU staff and leadership.

New Residential Housing | West Texas A&M
Student Residence Hall. The new 68,855 square feet residential housing facility is a four-story apartment style structure with steel frame construction.

Classroom Center Renovation | West Texas A&M
Renovations were made to an existing four-story classroom building that presently houses the College of Business and Department of English and Modern Languages which includes 48 classrooms, 12 computer and writing labs and more than 100 faculty offices.
