Lake June and St. Augustine Roadways

Dikita was responsible for the engineering and preparation of the required plans, specifications, and cost estimate. Dikita was also responsible for hiring and coordinating the surveying and culvert inspection teams. Additionally, Dikita performed coordination with stakeholders (including abutting property owners), and various city offices such as Traffic, Survey, Water Utilities, and Public Works Departments. Dikita also provided voluntary construction phase engineering support to the city at no additional cost. Dikita performed the engineering design and reconstruction of St. Augustine Road (From CF Hawn Freeway to Old Seagoville Road) and Lake June Road (from Pemberton Hill Road to CF Hawn Freeway). The project encompassed the removal and reconstruction of 1,100 linear feet of existing asphalt roadway into a four-lane concrete paved roadway complete with a bicycle lane, sidewalks, drainage systems, concrete retaining walls, and water main replacement.
