Chicagoland Visitors Travel Survey

As a sub consultant, Dikita Management Services (DMS) was responsible for survey design assistance, field planning and scheduling, recruiting and training of interview staff, and field data collection. Interviews were conducted at 18 visitor attractions which included both Chicago Midway and O’Hare airports. Interviews were conducted at survey sites on both weekdays and weekends. Over 4,000 surveys were collected for this study including over 1,800 in-person tablet interviews by DMS.
