DART parking lot studies conducted by Dikita included data input of license plate numbers at DART facilities with public parking. The aim of the study was to capture license plate numbers and cross check the data with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to obtain the origin of each plates of vehicles utilizing DART parking facilities.
