JeT Transit Onboard Transfer Study

The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (NORTA) and JeT were considering a new policy that would allow passengers to transfer between the two systems without paying a second boarding fare. Two separate rider surveys, an onboard survey and on-to-off counts, were conducted to understand the number of inter-agency riders, their origins/destinations, and current fare/payment method.

Dikita was responsible for programming both the onboard survey and on-to-off counting instruments. Dikita also trained the survey staff, provided field supervision and technological support, monitored the fulfillment of the sampling plan, and provided analysis/reporting of the survey results
